Project enquiry privacy

When you send a project enquiry, the information you provide is stored and emailed to SmithBuilt so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered. We also use your email address to send a confirmation that we received it.

What is stored

Your name, email address, optional phone number, the type of project you select, the message you send, and a submission reference are stored with the enquiry. The enquiry details are included in an email notification sent to SmithBuilt. A confirmation email sent to your address includes an acknowledgement and the submission reference.

Why it is stored

This information is used to understand and follow up on your project enquiry. Enquiry records are held in the application database. Resend processes the details to deliver the notification to tim@smithbuiltsoftware.com and the confirmation to the address you provided. Replies to the confirmation are directed to SmithBuilt.
